Product Description

The vertical compound crusher is a new type of fine crushing and rough milling product after optimizing and designing the main technical parameter and combining the crushing technologies domestic and international.It is mainly used to crush crude cement materials and grogs in medium sized factory, providing an ideal fine crushing equipment for the technological innovation of cement factories or setting up the cement production line. It is also applicable for crushing iron ore, sandstone, gypsum, blast furnace residue, coal stone, piece coal, and many other ores of medium hardness.

Working Principle

Materials fall into the impeller which is rotating at a high speed from the upper part of the machine. Under the action of high speed centrifugal force, they impact and crush with another portion of materials distributed in an umbrella-shaped form around the impeller.During the crushing, a vortex is formed between impeller and enclosure. Materials are impacted and grinded again and again.At last, crushed materials are discharged from the lower part of the machine. Screening equipment helps control the granularity of the finished products.
