Product Description
PF series of equipment includes secondary and tertiary impact plate
which can handle the materials less than 100-800mm in the length.It
is suitable to crush the medium hard material with compressive
resistance of 350Mpa. The discharging from impact crusher is small
and fine granularity of cubic shape.

Spare Parts
The main spare parts of fine sand crusher is rotor and hammer,
which are the wear spare parts, need to changed reguarly. The fine
sand crusher hammer is made of high chrome alloy, whose hardness is
62 to 65 HRC, can last longer 2 or three times than common hammer.
Working Principle
When the Fine Crusher is working, materials are crushed primarily
in the first crushing chamber by the high speed moving rotor
against the hammer, and then enter the secondary chamber for fine
crushing, at last, the final materials are discharged.
